Senior Lead Product Manager, Developer Platform

What you'll do

• Unify product strategy across mobile, web, and server SDKs along with GraphQL APIs.
• Own GraphQL strategy including versioning, deprecation, and schema sign-off.
• Identify and resolve integration gaps for large enterprise merchants to build a strategic roadmap.
• Develop strategies to increase profit margins through value-added services for merchants.
• Manage the transition from documentation-based integrations to AI-driven LLM and coding agent integrations.
• Ensure Braintree is integrated as a native plugin in major LLMs with up-to-date API data.
• Execute plans to sunset older SDKs and APIs while migrating merchants to current versions.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams involving analytics, customer discovery, and market research for data-driven decisions.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in product strategy, including roadmap planning for developer surfaces like SDKs and APIs.
• Ability to manage technical roadmaps balancing innovation, regulatory requirements, and profitability.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making using analytics, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams including designers, data scientists, and content strategists.
• Experience managing product lifecycle tasks such as versioning, deprecation, and migration strategies.
• Ability to manage product profitability measures and associated budgets.
