Senior Product Manager, UI Platform

What you'll do

• Define and champion the technical evolution of the Okta UI framework as a single source of truth.
• Manage and prioritize a complex roadmap covering design systems, globalization, and accessibility standards.
• Translate complex requirements from global customers and internal stakeholders into high-value features.
• Optimize the developer experience by analyzing data to measure performance and adoption of platform initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, design, and research teams to build scalable infrastructure for global products.
• Lead the execution of roadmap items in direct partnership with development scrum teams.

What we're looking for

• You must have 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.
• A BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience is required to influence architectural decisions.
• You must demonstrate the ability to create actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or highly ambiguous inputs.
• You must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills for collaborating across global functions and time zones.
• You must show demonstrated business results from platform capabilities or products shipped at scale.
• Experience managing design systems, UI frameworks, or core software platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), digital security protocols, and enterprise infrastructure is preferred.
• Expertise in localization/globalization at scale and WCAG accessibility standards is preferred.
