Senior Government Property Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the lifecycle of customer property to ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Execute internal and external compliance audits to maintain alignment with government property management standards.
• Maintain asset management systems to ensure accurate transaction history and traceability for all items.
• Report property transactions including shipments, receipts, transfers, and consumption through the PIEE system.
• Conduct physical inventories and coordinate property reviews at subcontractor locations.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance operational success and reduce waste.
• Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams regarding government property regulations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing customer property.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245 to maintain compliance systems.
• Extensive experience conducting internal and external compliance audits, such as those by DCMA and DCAA.
• Proficiency with property management tools, specifically the Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
