What you'll do

Design and implement new platform integrations end-to-end for various advertising channels.
Build and operate distributed, data-intensive microservices at scale using Node.js and TypeScript.
Develop automation systems to process large volumes of campaign and performance data.
Create and evolve client-facing APIs and backend services.
Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical direction of the platform.
Unify channel behaviors across the platform by establishing shared engineering patterns.
Research and implement AI and automation technologies into production-grade systems.
Mentor other engineers and improve overall engineering quality and practices.

What we're looking for

Experience building and operating production-grade systems with Node.js and TypeScript.
Solid frontend experience with React and modern web development practices.
Experience designing distributed systems and working with asynchronous, event-driven architectures.
Proven ability to build scalable systems that handle high data volumes.
Ability to take ownership of complex problems from concept to production.
Strong collaboration skills across teams and disciplines.
Interest in mentoring others and contributing to team-level engineering practices.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at the Helsinki office three days per week.
