Establish and govern the financial value-realization methodology and reporting logic for the AIM28 transformation program.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in finance, transformation, analytics, value-realization, FP&A, business case development, or investment governance.
Proven ability to lead and defend complex business cases with cross-functional technology, business, and finance stakeholders.
Experience establishing financial benefit-tracking methodology, value-realization frameworks, and governance routines for large transformation portfolios.
Demonstrated experience using AI assistants (e.g., Copilot, Claude) for practical work including prompting techniques and workflow automation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive storytelling and business case development.
Working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools to validate data and partner with technical teams on reporting strategy.
Experience in transformation finance, PMO, or regulated industries like healthcare/pharmaceuticals (preferred).
