Senior Financial Analyst

What you'll do

• Build, update, and maintain financial models to deliver accurate forecasts and planning activities.
• Analyze financial performance by identifying key drivers and reviewing variances against budget and prior periods.
• Synthesize financial and operational data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial guidance and influence outcomes based on data.
• Prepare and deliver clear, accurate financial reports tailored to various leadership audiences.
• Evaluate trends and performance metrics to identify potential risks or opportunities impacting results.
• Enhance financial models by implementing automation, forecasting tools, and new methodologies.
• Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in reporting and forecasting workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance-related roles.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience with financial systems such as Adaptive or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for full-time employment.
