What you'll do

Manage the full software development lifecycle including scoping, prioritizing, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Define functional and technical requirements for music recommendation systems and A/B testing programs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Privacy, ML, platform, and client engineering to align on delivery plans.
Translate complex technical metrics regarding ML performance and infrastructure migrations into executive updates.
Manage complex dependency chains across multiple engineering organizations to ensure timely product launches.
Navigate privacy and compliance requirements to translate legal constraints into actionable engineering timelines.
Establish new processes to improve how products are built and executed by the organization.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 7 years of work experience as an Engineering Program Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record driving software development initiatives and managing complex dependency chains across multiple engineering organizations.
Knowledge of big data processing, machine learning, and distributed systems.
Experience with ML/recommendation systems, A/B testing frameworks, GenAI, and interpreting ML model metrics.
Experience navigating privacy/compliance-gated engineering work and translating legal requirements into technical timelines.
Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical data into executive updates and risk assessments.
