What you'll do

Lead projects through the full software development lifecycle from planning and resource allocation to final launch.
Define functional and technical requirements for music recommendation systems, A/B testing programs, and data infrastructure.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Privacy, ML, Platform, and Client Engineering to align on delivery plans.
Translate complex technical metrics regarding ML model performance and infrastructure migrations into executive updates.
Manage complex dependency chains across multiple engineering organizations to ensure timely feature delivery.
Navigate privacy and compliance requirements to translate legal constraints into actionable engineering timelines.
Establish new processes and workflows to improve how products are built and executed.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 7 years of work experience as an Engineering Program Manager.
Proven track record driving software development initiatives and managing complex dependency chains across multiple engineering organizations.
Knowledge of big data processing, machine learning, and distributed systems.
Experience with ML/recommendation systems, A/B testing frameworks, GenAI, and interpreting ML model metrics.
Experience with privacy/compliance-gated engineering work and translating legal requirements into technical timelines.
Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Strong facilitation and communication skills to translate technical work into executive updates for all levels of the organization.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
