As a Senior Engineering Manager - Salesforce Management Plane, you will lead a distributed team of eight engineers to manage the Salesforce Management Plane framework. What we're looking for
You must have 5+ years of engineering management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You must have a proven track record leading platform, infrastructure, or developer-tools teams with end-to-end ownership.
You must have strong technical grounding in production operations, REST API platforms, and security/access control including RBAC and least-privilege principles.
You must be an effective communicator across technical, product, and executive audiences.
Experience with AI-native development tools, including LLMs and agent orchestration (preferred).
Ability to lead with both technical authority and human-centric coaching (preferred).
An advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
Expertise in cloud infrastructure, compliance frameworks, secure production tooling, or zero-touch production initiatives at enterprise scale (preferred).
