What we're looking for
You have 5+ years of engineering management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You have strong technical grounding in production operations, REST API platforms, security, and access control including RBAC and least-privilege principles.
You are an effective communicator across technical, product, and executive audiences.
You have active, hands-on proficiency with AI development tools and the expertise to evaluate architectural integrity of AI-generated output.
You have experience assessing candidates on their ability to formulate prompts, evaluate AI outputs, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows.
You have an advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
You have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, compliance frameworks, or secure production tooling (preferred).
