What you'll do

Hire, train, and manage a diverse engineering team while providing deliberate career development and performance coaching.
Run efficient operating cadences within a SAFe framework, including PI planning and flow metric tracking.
Resolve cross-team misalignments and break down silos between engineering, product, design, and quality teams.
Drive the adoption of AI tooling within engineering workflows to improve productivity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of relevant professional experience.
4+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
Technical foundation in modern web stacks and cloud platforms, ideally TypeScript, React, .NET, and Azure.
Working understanding of event-driven architecture and its tradeoffs.
Experience operating in a scaled agile environment, such as SAFe, including planning across teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of AI tooling in engineering workflows.
Experience in healthcare applications, EHR integrations, or pharmacy/payer domains (preferred).
