What you'll do

Execute full-cycle PCB design including requirements gathering, schematic design, component selection, layout, and system integration.
Troubleshoot complex issues across electrical and software boundaries using lab equipment and debugging tools.
Develop payloads and subsystems including sensors, power management, and networking components.
Create system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses for electronic equipment within a subsystem.
Manage the design and testing of AUV systems through Technology Readiness Levels 3 to 8.
Perform requirements analysis and plan system verification to ensure compliance with project goals and standards.
Conduct vehicle platform system design and analysis for specific programs or projects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
7+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs.
Proficiency in full cycle PCB design using tools like Altium or Eagle.
Experience with signal integrity, power integrity, and radio communication systems.
Expertise in standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB) and common MCU, CPU, and FPGA technologies.
Proficiency with test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and thermal chambers.
Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, GitHub, and JIRA.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
