What you'll do

Optimize conversion funnels by balancing security guardrails against potential customer drop-off.
Define technical requirements and drive execution from initial concept to final launch.
Establish success metrics and monitor performance across the entire account lifecycle.
Serve as a subject-matter expert to influence decisions on identity and account systems across the organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of product management experience with ownership of user-facing platform features, high-scale consumer identity, trust & safety, fraud, or regulatory compliance.
Ability to translate business needs into feature and product designs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Proven ability to ship high-quality products in complex, cross-functional environments.
Analytical skills to use data for decision-making and prioritization.
MBA or Master's Degree in related fields (preferred).
Experience in user accounts space, large-scale global products, or operationalizing regulatory frameworks like COPPA and GDPR (preferred).
