You will solve complex problems regarding scale, resiliency, latency, and regulatory compliance for payments and cash management systems, utilizing tools like Devin and GitHub CoPilot to augment development efficiency and deliver bank-grade controls.

What you'll do

  • Own the design and implementation of the next-generation Payment and Cash Management platform.
  • Lead the strategy and integration of AI across all engineering practices and systems.
  • Perform hands-on coding, architectural design, and advanced troubleshooting for mission-critical platforms.
  • Conduct critical code reviews and guide design reviews for React, Java, and Python microservices.
  • Mentor engineering teams on Gen AI solutions and cloud-native technologies hosted on Kubernetes.
  • Ensure system scale, resiliency, latency, and regulatory compliance in a 24x7 environment.
  • Partner with Product, Risk, and Operations to deliver client-grade experiences and bank-grade controls.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
  • Hands-on coding experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience with financial products (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of the industry and competitors’ products and services (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of the strategic direction of the function within the business (preferred).
