What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including leading platform or AI-enabled product organizations.
  • Proven track record in embedding responsible AI and governance frameworks within enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/ML productionization.
  • Experience building internal developer ecosystems and platforms at an enterprise level.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making at VP and SVP levels.
  • Demonstrated success in leading senior individual contributors (Principal and Distinguished-level engineers).
  • Passion for fostering diverse teams and developing next-generation technology leaders.
