Senior Director, PGS and Enterprise Solutions Data Strategy & Architecture Lead

What you'll do

• Define and own the target-state technical data architecture and multi-year roadmap for PGS and Enterprise Solutions.
• Manage the canonical data model and domain ontologies based on international standards like ISA-95 and ISA-88.
• Establish data contracts, schema standards, and certification criteria to ensure all data products are trusted and accessible.
• Provide formal sign-off on data and integration standards across a federated network of solution teams and partners.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of architects and stewards focused on pragmatic, delivery-oriented architecture.
• Develop and direct technical data stewardship programs for specific domains in partnership with business owners.
• Author and enforce data governance policies within GxP environments to ensure integrity and AI readiness.
• Chair architecture reviews for major initiatives to guide build-versus-conform decisions and prevent redundant data builds.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or data engineering.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams and setting standards at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise data architecture, data models, and data standards in a large, federated organization.
• Applied knowledge of AI technologies and requirements for "AI-ready" data strategy.
• Experience establishing data governance in a regulated (GxP or comparable) environment including data integrity.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
• Work authorization in the United States.
