What you'll do

  • Design and deliver Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting solutions for regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the adoption of Big Data technologies and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
  • Champion the application of Artificial Intelligence to enhance analytics, automation, and decision-making.
  • Drive the design and development of system and data architecture in coordination with end-users.
  • Manage change processes including documentation, approvals, and implementation of new regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Research and resolve technical issues while providing recommendations and escalating concerns to senior management.
  • Assess risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and firm policies.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting.
  • Hands-on Big Data and PySpark experience.
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Experience with financial products and working knowledge of the industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
