What you'll do

  • Set and maintain the vision, strategy, architecture, and programs to protect corporate and product information assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, policies, and client requirements for securing information.
  • Translate changing security regulations and threats into clear internal policies, procedures, and security plans.
  • Monitor organizational adherence to security regulations and set objectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead regular independent third-party audits and manage the business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
  • Deliver required security reports and assessments to regulators and clients.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in information security.
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience leading a company-wide information security program.
  • Expert-level knowledge of security architecture, technologies, systems design, integration, and networking.
  • Deep understanding of regulations including FISMA, FedRAMP, FIPS, NIST, DFARS, HIPAA, PII, and PHI.
  • Experience with core security tools including AWS, Splunk, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and Cisco.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with technical teams, senior management, and auditors.
  • Applicants must have the existing legal right to work in the country where the role is located.
