What you'll do

  • Design and implement a comprehensive information security strategy to protect assets against nation-state threats and insider risks.
  • Lead a unified organization encompassing Information Security, Network Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cyber Compliance.

  • Build an engineering-first security culture by embedding automated security into the software development lifecycle.
  • Secure corporate IT, network infrastructure, and endpoints across a global footprint of offices and manufacturing sites.
  • Drive quantifiable outcomes through clear initiatives, metrics, and accountability across the security organization.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines.

  • Must possess deep technical expertise in network security, application security, security operations, incident response, IAM, and cloud security.
  • Must demonstrate success building and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional security and IT teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Must have a strong understanding of government cybersecurity frameworks including NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP, FISMA, and DFARS.
  • Must currently possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
  • Experience securing complex environments spanning classified/unclassified networks, hardware R&D, manufacturing, and global test sites (preferred).
  • Experience in high-growth venture-backed tech companies with a hands-on technical background in engineering or infrastructure (preferred).
