The Associate Director, Technology Solutions is a technology leader within the Provider Solution Engineering domain. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
10+ years of progressive technology experience delivering large-scale technology, digital transformation, platform engineering, or modernization initiatives.
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Deep experience delivering enterprise technology transformation involving cloud, platform modernization, applications, integrations, and operating model evolution.
Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing AI/Generative AI solutions, enterprise AI platforms, intelligent automation, or LLM-based capabilities.
Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices including cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, and observability.
Experience in healthcare technology, particularly within provider, payer, or healthcare administration organizations (preferred).
