The Senior Director, Demo Experiences leads the Demo Experiences team to transform product promises into credible customer proof through authentic, running product demos. This leader manages a high-performing team to build outcome-led, cross-product demos for business and technical audiences during flagship events and major product announcements. Key responsibilities include setting demo strategy, establishing technical and creative standards, and managing end-to-end delivery for executive keynote demos. The role requires expertise in AI, agents, Microsoft 365 Copilot, business applications, low-code platforms, data, and governance. The position involves translating complex technical narratives into clear customer value across Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. You will partner with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to validate product claims and provide actionable feedback based on customer learnings.
Set the demo strategy and portfolio for flagship events, product announcements, and strategic initiatives.
Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team with technical and creative capabilities.
Build an AI-first approach to scale demo output, quality, and speed through new internal tooling.
Establish technical, creative, and brand standards for scalable, self-serve demo assets.
Lead end-to-end delivery for tier 1 event keynote and executive demos from narrative to rehearsal.
Manage budgets, capacity, vendor portfolios, and statements of work to focus on high-impact needs.
Translate demo and customer learnings into actionable product feedback for Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing.
What we're looking for
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business in enterprise software or cloud services.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business in enterprise software or cloud services.
Equivalent experience to the degree and years of experience requirements.
6+ years of people management experience.
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business in enterprise software or cloud services (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business in enterprise software or cloud services (preferred).
8+ years of people management experience (preferred).
Experience leading major launches, flagship events, or executive demo programs with technical storytelling and cross-functional partnership (preferred).
Experience in AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, business applications, low-code platforms, data, and governance (preferred).
Experience engaging technical experts and translating complexity into clear customer value (preferred).
