The Senior Developer Relations Manager, Digital Health Enterprise Developers joins the team to champion the adoption of advanced AI and computing platforms across the digital health ecosystem. This role involves serving as a technical advisor to engineering and product leaders at large healthcare software companies, including EHR platforms and payor-focused developers. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in the healthcare technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
Minimum of 5+ years of direct hands-on experience developing and deploying healthcare AI capabilities.
Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major healthcare technology companies.
Significant technical depth in digital health enterprise software, including generative and agentic AI software frameworks and libraries.
Experience leading technical collaborations including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical talks or workshops.
Ability to distill complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
Hands-on experience building and optimizing agentic AI solutions in healthcare (preferred).
Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms such as CUDA, NeMo, Nemotron, Triton, TensorRT, containers, and Kubernetes (preferred).
Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs (preferred).
Expertise in building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and translating ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence (preferred).
Deep knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR, and privacy requirements like HIPAA and GDPR (preferred).
