What we're looking for
A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3 years of experience in an analytics field.
A Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1 year of experience in an analytics field.
At least 5 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
Extensive experience in data science and advanced statistical methods to develop and validate analytical models.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java for development, testing, and model deployment.
Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, including feature selection, tuning, and multistage model assessment.
Expertise in data visualization tools and best practices to communicate complex insights.
Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results.
