As a Senior, Data Scientist - Retail Intelligence, you will join a multidisciplinary innovation team to develop AI-driven solutions for retail operations. You will build machine learning models, advanced analytics, and generative AI prototypes, including LLM-based agents and decision intelligence systems. Your daily work involves translating complex business problems into technical requirements, designing experimentation plans, and establishing best practices for rapid prototyping and productionization workflows. You will utilize Python, Spark, Scala, R, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Torch to solve problems in supply chain intelligence, workforce optimization, and store operations. This role requires a technical foundation in optimization and applied AI to create scalable frameworks and digital twins that improve retail decision-making and accelerate innovation cycles across various business domains.

What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 3 years of analytics experience, a Master’s degree and 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience.
Possess a strong technical foundation in data science, machine learning, optimization, analytics, or applied AI.
Have hands-on experience building prototypes, analytics workflows, dashboards, or AI-enabled solutions.
Demonstrate the ability to bridge business problems with technical solution development and product thinking.
Experience working cross-functionally with data science, engineering, product, and business teams.
Possess a strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with an interest in scalable AI platforms and architectures.
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, analytics frameworks, and data-driven decision making.
Experience or interest in generative AI, LLM applications, agent frameworks, or AI automation workflows (preferred).
