What you'll do

What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience, a Master’s degree plus 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience in an analytics field.
Extensive experience in data science, advanced analytical modeling, machine learning, and statistical methods.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python and SQL for development, testing, and model deployment.
Experience with distributed training techniques using frameworks like Horovod, DeepSpeed, or PyTorch Distributed.
Expertise in optimizing GPU utilization, training throughput, and implementing distributed inference for large-scale LLM deployments using VLLM.
Familiarity with building APIs for model inference, scalable microservices design, and infrastructure tooling.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Experience mentoring associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data-driven solutions.
