What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of analytics experience, a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience.
Possess extensive experience in data science, advanced analytical modeling, machine learning, and statistical methods.
Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL for code development, testing, and model deployment.
Have experience with distributed training techniques, data/model parallelism, and frameworks like Horovod, DeepSpeed, or PyTorch Distributed.
Experience with building and maintaining APIs for model inference, scalable microservices design, and infrastructure tooling.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and best practices to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Experience mentoring associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data-driven business solutions.
Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, IT, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
