What you'll do

Install, maintain, and optimize server and network hardware according to best practices.
Triage and resolve incidents affecting facility or IT operations using prioritization skills.
Diagnose and repair servers and networking equipment following Oracle’s standards.
Manage inventory and logistics for accurate record-keeping of assets and spare parts.
Plan and commission new rack equipment, assisting with data center white space design.

What we're looking for

Successful completion of WaV2T Data Center Technician Pathway including CompTIA Tech+ or Linux+ certification.
3 to 5 years experience in IT infrastructure, military communications, electronics, or data center support roles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting servers, networking devices, and IT equipment using industry best practices.
Knowledge of data center operations, electrical systems, cooling management, and rack equipment commissioning.
Strong skills in structured cabling (fiber and copper) and inventory management for IT assets.
Understanding of system administration concepts including Linux/Windows command line and core OS services.
Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and working in confined or elevated settings.
