What you'll do

  • Install, remove, and troubleshoot hardware in data center racks without disrupting other infrastructure.
  • Maintain asset inventory and update internal systems as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Telco Connectivity issues promptly.
  • Replace and repair network switch equipment to ensure continuous service.
  • Document activities and build/modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT environment
  • Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware and IT hardware concepts (RAID, SAN)
  • Experience troubleshooting servers, networking devices, and IT equipment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Inventory management skills for ordering, receiving, and shipping parts
  • Experience with structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting fiber/copper cables
  • Knowledge of trunk infrastructure and cooling/electrical systems in data centers
