What you'll do

Install, maintain, and optimize server and network hardware in Oracle’s data centers.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting facility or IT operations using prioritization skills.

Manage inventory and logistics for accurate record-keeping of assets and spare parts.
Participate in 24/7 shift rotations to support continuous data center operations.

What we're looking for

Successful completion of WaV2T Server and Cloud Application Data Center Technician Pathway, including CompTIA Tech+ or Linux+ certification.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center support, military communications, or electronics roles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting servers, networking devices, and IT equipment using industry best practices.
Knowledge of data center operations, including electrical systems, cooling, airflow management, and rack commissioning.
Strong skills in structured cabling (fiber and copper) and inventory management for IT assets.
Understanding of system administration concepts on Linux or Windows OS, core services, networking fundamentals, and hardware configurations.
Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and working in confined or elevated spaces.
