What you'll do

  • Manage operational activities through a ticketing system used by Oracle Cloud teams.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data center operations.
  • Provide logistical support including rack scanning, inventory audits, and asset verification.
  • Handle RMA processing, part transfers, and shipping/receiving of server components.
  • Support white glove delivery services and escort on-site activities as needed.

What we're looking for

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in data center operations or related field
  • Strong inventory management skills, including ordering and receiving hardware components
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience working with ticketing systems for tracking operational activities
  • Familiarity with computer hardware components and server equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods
