This role involves establishing an identity framework for developers, services, and AI agents across cloud, on-premises, and managed device settings. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise identity strategy, modernizing authentication patterns for agentic AI, and building a centralized token issuance and validation service. The candidate will implement advanced security controls like Conditional Access policies, Privileged Identity Management, and risk-based authentication while transitioning applications to OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML standards. Required expertise includes platform engineering, Zero Trust architecture, and securing non-human access patterns. Lead enterprise identity strategy and platform architecture for cloud, directory services, and modern authentication standards.
Define and implement reference architectures for secure authentication across CLI, browser, and agentic workflows.
Architect and deploy a centralized token issuance and validation service for developer and CLI workflows.
Establish and manage identities for automated and machine-assisted workflows to ensure robust access control.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
Over 12 years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering.
Extensive knowledge in authentication, authorization, and identity systems including modern token-based protocols, federated identity standards, and device attestation.
Demonstrable experience crafting and leading identity or access management platforms within large-scale organizations.
Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture, identity-based attack techniques, and modern IAM controls.
Experience securing automated or computer-controlled workflows, including service-to-service identity and non-human access patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive architecture decisions across senior and executive audiences.
Experience with token services, delegated access flows, or application development for auth libraries (preferred).
