Senior Security IAM Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage complex directory architectures, identity providers, and federated environments.
• Architect and provide guidance on directory service strategies for internal customers.
• Engineer secure identity solutions for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement and support secure services for end-users, devices, and application workflows.
• Assess SaaS implementations for identity integrations and general security posture.
• Develop and automate repeatable tasks using programming languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Generate metrics to identify issues and manage service performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and security standards.

What we're looking for

• Possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in MIS, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering OR 10+ years in IT or Cybersecurity.
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Windows, Mac, and UNIX/Linux based systems, permissions, and interoperability.
• Possess strong knowledge of machine-to-machine and application-to-machine connections using MFA, certificates, and tokens.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the identity lifecycle, secure by design, least privileged, and zero trust principles.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of managing and securing Entra ID cloud directories and integrating with traditional directories like Active Directory.
• Exhibit professional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to engage with diverse audiences and senior leadership.
• Experience or knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (preferred).
• Strong abilities in programming/scripting languages for automating repeatable tasks like Python or PowerShell (preferred).
