What you'll do

Debug PLC logic to maintain production uptime and drive continuous improvement of internal standards.
Enforce internal standards for control system architectures, regulatory compliance, and safety buyoffs.
Integrate internal and external manufacturing software into automation equipment and production lines.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation failures to ensure long-term reliability.
Design functional HMIs and SCADA screens using Ignition by Inductive Automation.
Troubleshoot electrical systems including 24v, 120v, and 480v components.
Interpret and modify electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical software.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Person due to export controlled information requirements.
Must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment.
Strong proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming.
Ability to perform 24v, 120v, and 480v electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
Proficient knowledge of ethernet based communication protocols.
Knowledge of machine guarding methods and standards (preferred).
Knowledge of NFPA70, NFPA70E, NFPA79, and UL508A (preferred).
TL508A MTR Certification (preferred).
Proficiency in servo drive and VFD configuration, PID tuning, STO/SS, etc. (preferred).
Familiarity with electrical design CAD software (preferred).
