What you'll do

Design, commission, and upgrade control systems for high-volume production equipment.
Write and debug structured, documented Siemens PLC code for manufacturing applications.
Build and maintain SCADA applications in Ignition including tag architecture and Perspective screens.
Integrate internal and external FactoryOS software into automation equipment and production lines.
Install, configure, and tune servo drives and VFDs.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve automation failures quickly.
Ensure control systems meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in controls and automation in a production environment.
Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming using Ladder and Structured Text.
Proficiency in servo drive and VFD configuration, PID tuning, and electrical component selection.
Experience developing SCADA applications in Ignition including Perspective, tag architecture, and historian.
Knowledge of ethernet based communication protocols, pneumatic concepts, and NFPA70e electrical safety practices.
Active U.S. Government SECRET security clearance.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements; TOP SECRET clearance is preferred.
