What you'll do

Support customers through all phases of the application lifecycle including planning, design, deployment, and optimization.
Deliver classroom-based training to architects, developers, and operations personnel.
Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients through MongoDB adoption and technical implementation.
Communicate complex technical proposals simply and convincingly to diverse audiences.
Influence the MongoDB product roadmap by providing feedback from field experience to Product and Engineering teams.
Maintain required billable utilization levels while managing client success.
Translate the product roadmap into clear information for external clients.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software development, consulting, or support experience.
Competence in at least one language: Java, C#, Python, Node.js (JavaScript), Ruby, or Go.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus (preferred).
Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and deployment operations.
Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Confidence speaking and presenting in collaborative customer settings.
Fluency in both Italian and English languages.
