What you'll do

  • Design and manage comprehensive compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity.
  • Lead job evaluation processes and conduct market pricing analyses to ensure internal and external equity.
  • Advise leadership teams and People Business Partners during compensation planning cycles and calibration sessions.
  • Resolve complex compensation issues and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop materials for manager training and employee education regarding compensation philosophy and strategy.
  • Manage change management communications regarding compensation practices across the organization.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent teams to align compensation initiatives with company growth goals.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6+ years of experience in compensation roles.
  • Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics is required.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data and trends into insights are required.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects with a strong operational background is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Prior experience in a high growth, hyper scaling startup building programs from the ground up (preferred).
  • Experience with M&A, talent acquisition strategy, and equity compensation knowledge is highly desired (preferred).
