What you'll do

Design, maintain, and improve global production traffic infrastructure.

Take ownership of reliability issues using a wide variety of tools.

Manage internal and external traffic in complex, distributed environments with strict security requirements.
Modernize and monitor the reliability of Wallets, Payments, and Commerce traffic infrastructure.

What we're looking for

6+ years of cloud engineering experience.
Experience with load balancing (Nginx, Envoy, and Envoy Gateway), proxies (Squid), and edge deployments.
Familiarity with Networking, Security, Logging, and Application Monitoring.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to coach and mentor other individual contributors.
Bachelors Degree in computer science, a related field, or 10 years of equivalent work experience (highly desirable).
Developing in Go, Python, or similar programming languages (preferred).
