Senior Circuit Design Engineer - Power Delivery will join a dynamic team to design innovative analog and mixed-signal circuits for power delivery solutions in deep submicron technologies. The role involves transistor-level and system-level design of voltage regulation solutions, driving the physical implementation of circuit IPs, and performing detailed reliability and performance analyses. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to address integrated power delivery challenges and develop prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips for deployment across product lines. Required expertise includes analog/mixed-signal designs such as op-amps, comparators, bandgaps, DACs, ADCs, and LDOs. Candidates must be proficient in circuit simulations including DC, AC, transient, loop-stability, Monte-Carlo, and noise analyses using industry standard EDA tools for AMS, EMIR, self-heating, aging, SOA, and parasitic extraction. Experience with switching converters and system-level tools like Simplis or Matlab/Simulink is preferred.
