Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy analytics solutions including dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting.
• Build semantic models and reusable business logic to create scalable reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and modernize existing reporting processes.
• Serve as the dedicated analytics partner for assigned Finance business domains and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and facilitate requirements discussions.
• Own the analytics portfolio by maintaining product backlogs and developing short and long-term roadmaps.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy and planning through implementation and adoption.
• Advise business leaders on analytics, automation, and AI opportunities to improve decision-making.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience developing analytics solutions.
• Experience with dashboard and report development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex analytics products.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Finance organizations (preferred).
• Product Ownership experience (preferred).
• Google Cloud Platform experience (preferred).
• Agile delivery experience (preferred).
• Data modeling experience (preferred).
• Semantic Layer Development experience (preferred).
