Senior Associate, Business Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify detailed variance drivers and prepare reports.
• Manage Estimates at Completion (EACs) by compiling and maintaining budgets based on actual performance and historical data.
• Develop and maintain earned value-based program metrics and interactive dashboards for performance reporting.
• Forecast costs and monitor program performance against established plans and bid assumptions.
• Allocate direct and indirect costs in alignment with program requirements and organizational policies.
• Coordinate manpower planning discussions to support resource forecasting and project execution.
• Review and analyze bids for future efforts to update forecasts based on changes in scope or pricing.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics/Statistics, Finance, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analytics in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated experience with Excel (including Pivot Tables and Vlookups), Access, and Microsoft Word.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of related experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) roles and responsibilities (preferred).
• Experience with Data Warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift) and SQL (preferred).
