What you'll do

Develop and maintain a visualization of the analytics portfolio with KPI metrics.
Facilitate intake, qualification, and prioritization of AI and automation projects.
Manage complex project plans and schedules for multiple product families.
Conduct discovery workshops to define problems, quantify value, and scope solutions.
Drive adoption and reuse of analytics and AI solutions by tracking usage and impact.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in developing and maintaining KPI metrics.
5+ years leading value stream mapping, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and develop IT project plans.
Experience with AI, data analytics, automation transformations, and pipeline development.
Strong background in conducting workshops and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Expertise in driving adoption of analytics solutions and tracking value realization.
Master’s degree or higher and experience in aerospace or related industries.
