Senior Lead, Product Operations, Growth

What you'll do

• Build and manage at-scale systems to ensure alignment, visibility, and speed in product development processes.
• Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and Data teams to drive roadmap planning and executive reviews.
• Define and improve company-wide processes that scale across all Shopify surfaces.
• Remove roadblocks by solving bottlenecks, streamlining communication, and accelerating decision-making.
• Analyze large amounts of data to inform platform and launch decisions.
• Solve complex, ambiguous operational challenges involving cross-functional dependencies and large-scale migrations.
• Create systems for accountability and feedback across dozens of concurrent projects.
• Mentor other product operators and share best practices to improve the craft of Product Operations.

What we're looking for

• Experience driving complex operational and strategic initiatives including zero-to-one launches and large migrations.
• Experience designing and rolling out effective minimum viable processes while thinking in systems.
• Excellent communication skills to update executive stakeholders and influence product teams.
• Ability to prioritize strategically and work pragmatically in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexity as a self-driven individual contributor.
• Prior experience working with Growth teams or metrics-heavy areas is preferred.
• Understanding of Marketing or Data platforms and tools is preferred.
• Experience in Infrastructure, Engineering, or related industries is preferred.
• An advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
