What you'll do

Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders on people-related strategies.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's hyper growth goals.
Lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs.
Conduct complex employee relations investigations and provide guidance on restructures.
Facilitate talent calibrations and compensation planning using data-driven insights.

12+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering teams.
Expertise in compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning & development.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Clear, empathetic communication skills, adjusting approaches based on audience needs.
Strong collaboration and coaching skills, fostering trust and cooperation.
Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and strategic thinking.
