Senior Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and process mapping.
• Conduct thorough impact and gap analyses to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder and user expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Provide clear business requirements and process maps to guide technical and vendor teams.
• Facilitate requirement workshops to ensure a clear understanding of business needs.
• Act as a liaison between lines of business and development teams to articulate complex ideas.
• Create process maps and use case mappings to guide the delivery of business solutions.

What we're looking for

• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to manage business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and process mapping.
• Experience conducting impact and gap analysis to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Experience creating process maps to guide technical and vendor teams in delivering solutions.
• Experience managing stakeholders and users through effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with process and use case mapping to analyze business cases (preferred).
• Experience analyzing business cases to identify improvement opportunities and guide stakeholder decisions (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
