What you'll do

Gather product requirements and develop feature specifications by working directly with customers and the product management team.
Research and produce detailed business and technical requirement documents for software development.
Apply knowledge of business workflows to assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of product features.
Provide technical application guidance and clarity to other technology leads and teams within the organization.
Collaborate with documentation teams to ensure all product documentation is accurate and complete.
Provide client beta testing support and train personnel on new product capabilities.
Resolve escalated client issues through active participation in implementation and support tasks.
Participate in and lead team scrum meetings following Agile methodology and Scrum processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required, with Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
Proven track record leading technology teams including development, business analysis, QA, and support.
Experience in people management.
Detailed knowledge of the Asset Management or Investment Management industry focusing on multi-asset class investing.
Experience with trading and reporting for funds, ETFs, futures, currency, bonds, and TBAs.
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and development platforms.
Proficiency in Agile software development processes and Scrum Methodology.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
