  • Establish robust monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for high-performance systems.
  • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives to translate strategic vision into engineering standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while establishing best practices for system reliability.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems, data engineering, or ML infrastructure.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or Java.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Proven track record leading and scaling data pipelines using Kafka, Spark, or Flink.
  • Deep expertise in SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Advanced experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps practices for production systems.
  • Expert knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry, Parquet) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Strong leadership skills including mentoring engineers and planning technical strategy across multiple teams.
