You must possess a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture to solve complex problems involving loosely-coupled systems within the domain of business and financial generative AI applications.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain reliable, secure, and performant APIs that integrate AI capabilities into customer workflows.
Design system architectures, API specifications, and implementation requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Translate abstract business requirements into concrete technical plans and project deliverables.
Test technical assumptions through active instrumentation and prototyping.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and delivery schedules.
Promote technical growth through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of teammates.
Build and maintain high-quality software across all stages of the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

At least five years of direct experience developing customer-facing APIs within a team.
Experience developing RESTful APIs using a variety of tools.
Proficiency with algorithms, including time and space complexity analysis, data structures, and software architecture.
Ability to translate abstract business requirements into concrete technical plans.
Experience working across many stages of the software development lifecycle.
Sound reasoning regarding the behavior and performance of loosely-coupled systems.
At least one domain of demonstrable technical depth.
Proactive and efficient verbal and written communication skills for a geographically-distributed team.
