What you'll do

Develop backend applications for various Salesforce clouds including Marketing, Commerce, and Big Data.
Design, implement, and tune robust APIs that scale in a multi-tenant environment.
Build and ship production-grade software using modern engineering practices and AI development tools.
Orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
Maintain a shared system context repository of designs, constraints, and standards for AI reliability.
Evaluate human and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve complex production issues in real-time.
Utilize test-driven development practices and CI/CD tools to ensure high-quality releases.

What we're looking for

A related technical degree is required.
5+ years of backend software development experience is required.
Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages like Java, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python, Node.JS, or JavaScript is required.
Broad knowledge of web standards including REST, SOAP, XML, WSDL, HTTP, and JSON is required.
Experience with Spring, gRPC, REST, and the HTTP protocol is required.
Experience with Agile development methodology is required.
Advanced prompt engineering skills and experience using AI tools in development workflows are required.
Experience with test-driven development practices and CI/CD tools is required.
