What you'll do

  • Contribute to the development of a global, multi-asset trading platform.

  • Design and develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems while identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Implement quality engineering practices including code reviews, unit testing, regression testing, and production support.
  • Collaborate with product management and business users to define the product roadmap.
  • Mentor team members and lead initiatives to improve team productivity and efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • A B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have 7+ years of proven experience.
  • Proficiency in core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate is required.
  • Experience building microservices architecture and message-oriented streaming middleware (Kafka, MQ, AMPS, NATS) is required.
  • Strong skills in concurrent programming and designing high-throughput, fault-tolerant distributed systems are required.
  • Proficiency with relational databases and modern engineering tools like Git, Maven, and testing frameworks is required.
  • Experience leading development teams or being responsible for the design of significant systems is required.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
