What you'll do

Analyze user stories with business partners to ensure they are technically feasible and align with architectural roadmaps.
Create detailed technical designs focusing on security, resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Code, test, debug, and support complex financial applications in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute automated and manual test scripts for integration, regression, and performance testing.
Implement Test and Behavior Driven Development as part of a Shift-Left strategy.
Produce auditable SDLC artifacts including code reviews, test plans, and exit reports.
Provide accurate estimates for task duration, work effort, and foreseeable project dependencies.
Monitor project progress and quality while managing risks and taking corrective actions to meet deadlines.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cloud computing, Microservices/APIs, private cloud platforms (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, OpenShift), and distributed caching (Gemfire/Redis).
3+ years of experience with containerized platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
3+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipeline tools.
3+ years of experience with Java, HTML5/CSS3, AngularJS, or mobile development platforms.
3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase) or Oracle DB.
Experience with Test and Behavior Driven Development, automation frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium), and Agile methodologies.
Experience with GenAI tools (preferred); experience in the financial industry (plus).
