What you'll do

Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised programs.
Identify and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint using advanced programming knowledge.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow.
Provide in-depth analysis and interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers while allocating work as necessary.
Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations during business decisions.

What we're looking for

At least 6-10 years of hands-on application development experience.
Strong experience and knowledge in Core Java 11/17 and J2EE.
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture (Spring Boot) and building event driven distributed architecture.
Expertise in Web Services (REST/SOAP), Design Patterns, Concurrency Framework, Kafka, and data structures/Collections.
Expert level SQL skills and basic knowledge of Python.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with OpenShift, Angular 14, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies (preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
