The Senior Associate, Systems Engineer joins a team supporting the requirements, design, development, test, and integration of complex hardware and software systems on ground and airborne platforms. This role involves performing technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced Quick Reaction Capability environment. Key responsibilities include translating customer needs into system-level requirements, conducting trade studies, creating System Block Diagrams, and writing verification test procedures. The candidate will work with multi-domain mobile airborne datalink, video, voice, and data communication systems. Required technical skills include knowledge of LAN and VOIP protocols, IP routing, and mission systems such as EO/IR, Video, Networks, SI/EW, and Avionics Interfaces. The role focuses on solving integration challenges for FAA-certified aircraft while ensuring electrical wiring diagrams and system ICDs align with specific architecture designs.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in aircraft systems architecture design, integration, and/or ground/flight test certification.
Graduate degree with 0-2 years of experience in aircraft systems architecture design, integration, and/or ground/flight test certification.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in aircraft systems architecture design, integration, and/or ground/flight test certification in lieu of a degree.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with systems engineering, configuration, testing, integrating, and verifying hardware or software in multi-domain airborne communication environments.
Must possess an active Secret clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI.
Knowledge of LAN and VOIP protocols including IP routing.
Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (preferred).
